Hey My Gs

Welcome to my first ever blog post!

Let’s dive right in and talk about why I’m starting a blog. Last year I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and as part of my healing I used to write down my feelings and thoughts. It helped so much to open myself up through writing and this is why I’ve chosen to create a space where I can be myself unapologetically.

I am completing my veterinary science degree at The university of Pretoria. Growing up I’ve always wanted to be a veterinarian and I’m so grateful I am able to fufill my dream.

I am also very interested in international relations and this was my second career choice believe it or not. My ultimate goal is to create and implement international animal welfare policies especially in Zoos.

I’ve always been a strong willed person who was never afraid to stand up for what I believed in. I’m always going to speak my mind no matter what even if it gets me into trouble.

On top of all the serious aspects of my life I really am interested in beauty, fashion and travel. I love to read and binge watch series. I’m totally obsessed with Marvel movies and recently I’ve fallen in love with photography.

This blog is going to be a place where I share my interests, opinions and secrets with you!
